Emancipation

Today, I confirmed this: That there is no space for for me in his life. And surprisingly, it didn't hurt.

I am no longer burdened with being unwanted or with being left behind or with being taken for granted. As a matter of fact, I embrace it. It happened, its over, let it go.

And today I realize this too: That despite what happened, I am still capable of giving love another chance.

This feeling is definitely worth the one year wait. -11/6/2013
