Valentines' Day in GMA

Yesterday was the first day of the much-awaited Writers' Institute at GMA. For the longest time, six of us, survivors from RJ's workshop, have been waiting for the Institute. You see, before we enter GMA as brainstormers, we need to pass the Institute.

After the Institute, we had a long talk in Kopi Roti as we haven't seen each other for weeks. Afterward, we texted Sir RJ about the Institute and he ended up meeting us! He even treated us out to Kitchen of Cakes and Coffee for dinner.

We have no idea how long the Institute will last but we hope we'll get our shows soon! :)

It was a good thing that KoCCs was still open at that time; it was around 11 p.m. when we decided to eat out. And as always, it was Sir RJ's treat.

 We still talked over dinner, which was not surprising even if we're together the whole day. It didn't help too that the order took around 15 minutes to arrive.

 Don wasn't able to come because his girlfriend, Acy, is still part of the Institute. I hope he can join us to make chika next time, though.

 The first day was not as stressful as when we attended Sir RJ's workshop, probably because there were no on-the-spot exercises. After all, its already the scriptwriting part of the workshop. Of course, Sir RJ still brought his own pep squad to the meeting. :) Thanks a bunch, Sir RJ! :D
