When you're Brilliant, you Par-tay!

Okay, so that was a lousy pick-upper, but that's exactly what the brilliants did last night at Sir RJ's Fairview home. The Brilliants is basically a name we call our workshop batch. (Sir RJ lost count of the number of times he conducted workshops so we chose a name based on his favorite expression: Brilliant!)

The only missing brilliant was Don, who now works with Mingu, Jake, and Elle for TV5. They are part of the creative team of the upcoming soap remake Valiente. On the other hand, Xi and I are now entry-lever brainstormers for GMA.

Danzen, the pretty pregnant mommy at the left, is off to start an editing house with long-time partner Jules (who took this photo). Juvien (white polo, right) is still working for a corporation and doing some indie projects at the side. Joie (next to Danzen) is by far enjoying college school life while nursing her psychosis.

The dinner was the bomb, with food cooked and baked by Sir RJ himself. Too bad we have to leave soon. I didn't even get to sing in the videoke! :( Next time!
