These ceramic sculptures by Maria Magdamit totally blew me away. These will serve as trophies for the 2013 Hildegarde Media Awards, an annual awards ceremony handed out by St. Scho Manila's College of MassComm to honor outstanding works/accomplishments of women in media.

(The trophy design vary every year as the Hildegarde Awards not only acknowledges media women but also female artists.)

Am trying to guess who the recipients are based on the faces of the diwata. In the end, am unsuccessful. The scepter concept is very beauty queen, no? Ang ganda. - 2/28/2013
