Before the GMA Writers party, I had dinner with friends from college last night. They were my original troop from first year and although we're not partners in crime, we're still close. Everyone in this group are Broadcasting majors, except Chesca, who took Advertising in college. The three were thesis-mates too. (I was supposed to join them but at the last minute, went solo.)
Every now and then, we gather together to talk about the usual affairs. This year is special because its the first time Joy joined. She's been based in Singapore for more than two years and we had very little interaction since. She returned mid-year to nurse a broken heart (ooops!), er, to be with family. Haha.
The dinner was quick because some had other appointments (i.e. me) and some were sick (me again). But nonetheless, the dinner was a nice warm prelude to a night that didn't go right. :)
